Watch them to see where they’re comming in, then seal up their entrance.

There are ways to seal the opening, so that they can leave but not get back in. You would have to research that or call a professional.

Well, no one here has actually told you how to get rid of them, but you need to try and catch them with a net or sheet. Catch them while in flight.
Then when you know that you have caught them, seal up any openings.
If you seal up the openings before you catch them, they will die somewhere and stink!

I heard that if they’re roosting in your attic, you could put a strobe light in there. It’s so annoying, they leave on their own.

I lived in a house once that had bats, and they even had babies, I know because we killed quite a few. We used a tennis racket, they can not hear that coming. Once you have eliminated them (or even if you didn’t want to do that), adding a light in the front of your house, by the attic will keep them from coming back in, maybe a motion light. You could also call an exterminator. And seal of everything you can, but they can get in even the smallest openings. The light will be your best bet.
