I 'the VE has scared them off and sealed on all possible revenue that I can find but the winged rodents continu Aare find their way back inside and nesting. How can I permanently get rid of these blocks? Their manure is proposing a risk for serious health (already diagnosed with istoplasmosi).

Buy a fake owl. It works like a scarecrow. The head of the owl is usually bobbing around, spinning as if it’s watching. An owl is a natural predator of the bat, and the owl’s presence will scare the bats away. I’ve seen these for sale in Sloutions Catalog, but also at Walmart Garden center. Some even have battery-operated heads, so they head spins every few minutes to scare the birds/bats away.
Put 1 or 2 in the attic. If they are still hanging around, mount one outside, up high soemwhere, like on a light pole or on top of an arbor or something.
