I know that the ONLY place that COULD be possible one day very clearly, is a very small tablet of an island in the Aleutian chain on the island. I doubt if NEVER adjust the foot on the guano covered rock!

Facts aren’t what matters about the Palin pick, the McCain camp is counting on perception. Handle her speeches, statements, and interviews to make sure she quotes specific phrases and messages over and over, despite them being contrary to her actual policies while in elected office and hope that it takes more than 2 months (Nov. 4th) for the swing voters to realize what is going on.

That’s what she said . . . you can see Russia from an island in Alaska.

She thought it was Russia. But on closer inspection, it turned out to be a potato chip.

Politicians are known for exaggerating the truth. Heck, saying you have foreign experience with Russia because you can see it, is stretching the truth quite a bit.

Hmm..wherever she stood, I’m sure it was a lot more calm and peaceful than the south side of Chicago ;)

There are two Islands Big Diomed Island and Little Diomede Island. One of them is part of the USA, one of them is a Russian.

Palin is from Wasillla near Anvchorage and the governors manision is int Juneau in the SE Alaskan Pan handle.

She can’;t see either Island from either residence so she is lying about that too. !!!!

The crazy church lady has a high powered bedroom telescope!

When she wasn’t taking pot-shots at moose from that window she was watching the Russians having safe *** with condoms!

So she knew then that they were not only against god and nature, but they were a communist device.

The real scare we be nothing next to the ‘Palin Condom Scare!’

Actually part of Russia is about 80 miles from Alaska. That part of Russia however is uninhabited.

She oversees American nukes to protect USA, because Alaska is so close to Russia.

    Now, was that so difficult?

The point is the democrats are trying to cover up the fact that their candidate’s plan (socialism) is weak.

There’s a promontory right near Tri-City AFS where from the top you can just make out the Russian coast about 50 miles away. Best way to get to this place is by plane and land at the Tri-City AFS. There’s an airstrip there. Then you need to take a jeep to the top of the promontory.

Scythian has that covered. I’ve never been there but I had heard about it.

If you are so wound up about that, why aren’t you ticked about the ‘lie’ about OBAMA’s being instrumental in having asbestos removed from low income housing in South Chicago when he was a “community activist”????

Give the woman a break. She can see Russia, therefore she is extremely knowledgeable about foreign affairs. Is my logic flawed?

I really don’t know what the big deal is about seeing russia anyway .. Alaska was a russian territory at one point in history anyway
